Our History

AA Medical Store was created in 2012. Our mission was/is to continue to redefine the 3rd party medical device market. In particular, how equipment was acquired from facilities, banks and manufacturers post sale.

FEBRUARY 2010

Authorized Acquisitions was established in Mokena, IL. 

May 2011

AA expands into an additional warehouse space doubling in size.

2012

aamedicalstore.com was created to provide Customers around the world a one stop shop for surgical devices. 

2012

AA performs first ever national asset management recovery program for large medical device OEM. 

AUGUST 2013

AA attends the Florida International Medical Expo (FIME) for the first time in Miami, FL.

2014

AA goes through a restructuring of management and ownership to better focus on growth and service to our Customers. 

2014

May 2014, AA completes second large OEM transaction.

JANUARY 2015

AA has provided creative purchasing solutions for 2,000 medical facilities throughout the United States. 

APRIL 2015

AA develops cost effective HD Surgical Camera with Integrated LED Light source for emerging medical markets.

October 2015

AA Medical Store opens up office in Miami, FL. Retail Includes showroom and over 30,000 square feet of space to better serve customers. 

December 2015

AA Medical Store has sold and shipped to over 150 countries. 

June 2016

AA makes large investment into CRM and ERP systems to increase accuracy and efficiency for Customers. 

February 2017

AA invests in growing its Veterinary business. Exhibits for first time at the North American Veterinary Conference in Orlando, FL.

March 2017

AA exhibits at American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) in San Diego, CA. 

September 2017

Authorized USA crosses the $50,000,000 mark in equipment acquisitions. 

January 2018

AA introduces new line of Laparoscopic Instruments, scope hardware, orthopedic batteries. 

January 2019

AA continues to expand its International reach by exhibiting in trade shows in Dubai, Mexico and Brazil. 

May 2019

AA continues to increase revenue by introducing complete Arthroscopy instrument lines. Includes manual knee and shoulder sets along with ACL and trauma kits. 

June 2019

AA sells to 10,000th customer.

November 2019

AA attends Medica in Düsseldorf, Germany to meet new Suppliers extending new product offerings.
