We specialize mostly in surgical devices. However, we will buy almost anything used in the Hospital environment.

This depends on the type of equipment you're sending. We will always assist you on the best way to ship your products.

We do. We will either set up shipping with freight forwarder or send you prepaid shipping labels. 

That's fine. We do.

For a small fee, we will send you all of the packaging materials needed to safely package and ship the items we purchased. 

That is up to you. You tell us where the money should be sent and the type of payment you would like to receive. 

Not a big deal! We will adjust the PO accordingly and send back the broken item. If you wish to sell the broken item, we will offer an adjusted purchase price based on the item's condition. 

Yes, before you are paid for the equipment, you will need to sign our electronic Document of Title form stating that this equipment is yours to sell.
